At GlowStamp, we want you to be satisfied with your order. Please review this policy before making a purchase.
Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the product must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In its original packaging
- In resalable condition
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, contaminated, or incorrect.
To request a return, contact us at [glowstamp.shop@gmail.com] with your order number and reason for the return. Do not send a product back before receiving return instructions.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Leaking
- Missing an item
- Different from what you ordered
Include your order number and clear photos or video showing the issue.
After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement or refund. GlowStamp will cover reasonable return-shipping costs when the error is ours.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund has been accepted.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
Change-of-Mind Returns
Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service. GlowStamp is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used cosmetics
- Products returned after the 30-day return period
- Items without their original packaging
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
- Products damaged through misuse or improper storage
This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or shipped.
Contact us as soon as possible at [glowstamp.shop@gmail.com]. We cannot guarantee that a cancellation request can be completed after an order has entered processing.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, failed delivery attempts, or failure to collect the package, any refund may be reduced by the original shipping cost and return-shipping charges.
Late or Missing Deliveries
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs inspections, weather, and other events outside our control may affect delivery times.
A delayed package is not automatically eligible for a refund while tracking information shows that it remains in transit.

Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a payment dispute or chargeback. We will make a reasonable effort to investigate and resolve legitimate order issues.
